Palmview Forest is one of the Sunshine Coast’s most unique property developments. With large blocks in a natural bushland setting, it’s centrally located and is close to the beach. We were commissioned by Ken Guy Buderim to create a video campaign to promote the release of the final stage of the master planned project. Over the course of 12 months we worked closely with the agency to understand the key selling points and identify how we would capture that on film.
From the outset, our videos were strategically designed to align with Ken Guy Buderim’s marketing plan. It tapped into a strong social media community that had built up in the estate. As a result, word-of-mouth was driving buyer interest in new land sales.
Our goal was to give residents and builders a platform to explain why they believed Palmview Forest was the ideal location to build a family home. We spent multiple days capturing sunrises and sunsets and plenty of time interviewing families and tradies about why they loved Palmview Forest. In the end we produced a number of pieces of video content for the website and social media. All the videos follow a similar template, but they are designed to hit a different target audience. What they all have in common is the focus on space and the lush natural bushland surroundings.
The final stage of Palmview Forest was snapped up quickly by buyers and now only a handful of blocks remain.
